Real Story of turgut alp

 





Turgut High mountain (c. 1195 – c. 1323) was one of the early champion of the Footrest Domain. He was additionally a dear companion of Ertuğrul Gazi and his child Osman Gazi. He even served Orhan Gazi, child of Osman Gazi during his lifetime. 


Resting place 


He passed on at 125 years old years. His burial place is situated in the graveyard of Turgutalp (Genci) town, Inegöl, Turkey. The grave external the Ertugrul Ghazi's tomb is a privileged grave, not the genuine resting place. He turned into a saint in a fight battling with Osman Gazi's child Orhan Gazi. He held his hatchet in his right arm even in the afterlife. 


Inheritance 


In 1877, during the Russo-Turkish Conflict (1877-1878), a city was established and named "Turgutalp" after him in the then-Footrest Domain by Muslim individuals who had lived in what is currently known as Bulgaria. The settlement was named as Turgutalp upon the idea of the king.
